Service Delivery
Work is delivered according to approved scope, timelines, and milestones agreed in writing. We commit to transparency in our processes and regular communication throughout project execution. Any changes to scope must be documented and approved by both parties before implementation.
Client Responsibilities
Clients provide content, timely approvals, and required access needed for successful delivery. Delays in providing necessary materials or approvals may affect project timelines. Clients are responsible for ensuring accuracy of provided information and materials.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. Standard terms include milestone-based payments aligned with project phases. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services until accounts are settled.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as specified in project agreements. BlueGrid retains rights to use anonymized case studies and portfolio representations. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Acceptable Use
Unauthorized, abusive, or unlawful use of our systems is prohibited and may result in service suspension. This includes but is not limited to: illegal activities, distribution of malware, harassment, or any activity that may damage our systems or reputation.
